A cheap knock-off
I received my snake catcher today where I am presently living in Colombia, South America. I had a problem with shipping the previous one I had bought from Fnova and so this seemed by the photo and description to be the same one. What a disappointment when I opened it. Already there was a spring disconnected, and though I easily remedied that situation it is quite obvious that this is a cheap copy of the product by Fnova. Now that I am in South America there is no way for me to easily return it or I would. I believe to make such a cheap copy and portray it as the same as another manufacturer's item is very unethical. I would never order from this company again.
