Product Description The HypaGel Hot/Cold Pack is ideal for the ongoing treatment of inflammation, sprain and strain injuries, acute sports injuries or chronic muscle pain.The HypaGel Hot/Cold Pack can be cooled in a refrigerator or freezer for use in cryotherapy, or heated in a microwave for use in thermotherapy. The included soft compression cuff has elasticated straps, making it suitable for comfortable applicaiton to muscles or joints.The HypaGel Hot/Cold Pack is available in the following sizes:- Compact (13cm x 14cm)- Standard (27cm x 16.5cm)- Large (30 x 20cm) Indications For Cold Use: Place HypaGel in freezer for at least 30 minutes. For Hot Use: Place HypaGel in hot (not boiling) water for 10 minutes. Can heat in microwave covered with water in a microwaveable bowl, for 1 minute (if room temp) or 75 seconds (if frozen). Safety Warning Do not apply warm pack immediately after an injury, or to areas of swelling or redness. Never apply directly to skin without protection, such as a towel. For external use only.
