Love this steamer! Works great and produces a good amount of steam for both hardwood and tile floors. I used chemicals on my floors for years and decided to switch to this steamer and am so glad I did. I do miss the scent the mop and soapy water provide but, my floors are shiny and clean after using this steamer. It’s easy to use and the water tank lasts for multiple rooms. It’s a great value for the money and amazing quality!

This thing is GREAT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The media could not be loaded. I NEVER do reviews. EVER. I was skeptical about this steam mop bc there are so many and you never really know if one will do what you want it to do. Well this one does that and more. I didn’t want one with attachments bc those usually just end up in a closet somewhere. I wanted something basic to clean my floors without leaving a sticky residue like the swiffer.First- this thing is quiet. It is the ONLY floor cleaning device I own that my dog doesn’t bark atSecond- just water, no chemicals, floors looked amazing and water reservoir was large enough to get the job done without having to refill. I did my kitchen living area (that does have a large area rug, dining room and two small hallways and there is still water in it.I hope they keep this review near the top and maybe even Bissell might even give me a prize lol but this is worth the money. It works effectively and almost feels like a self propelled lawn mower if that makes sense.ALSO the pads on the bottom are much larger than I anticipated. Which means it gets the job done faster.Video -This is wear my trash can sits. My hands stuck to whatever that gunk is on the floor. It was a sticky mess. Ignore the base boards - I cleaned them after but I can’t tell you the last time I cleaned under it. It did a bang up job I thought. Check it out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy to use and good steam.
Nice solid "feel." Have had other steamer units for our ceramic tile floors. The rotating brushes in combination with the weighted base eliminates the need for manual scrubbing. Good steam. Long cord. Easy to use. Happy with the purchase.

Great steamer, GET THE PROTECTION PLAN
I LOVE this steamer.However….it does break easily.I regret not buying the protection plan.ABSOLUTELY BUY THE PROTECTION PLANPROS-The first two uses were amazing. Exactly what I was looking for to clean the kitchen and main floors with. The water compartment is a little small but it is easy to just fill and quick to steam, so I don’t consider that a downside.CONSThe spinners are cheap material and mine stripped by use 3.It didn’t take much either.I’m not rough with my appliances, so I was surprised when the spinner pad “caught” on a wall edge, just as I was applying a turn pressure, THAT was enough to strip that sides rotating mechanism.I can tell it’s a plastic piece that stripped based on the sound it makes and I cannot have the part fixed for less than the cost to buy a new one. So it’s definitely a cheap build. Now it makes a god awful noise and one side won’t spin the moment slight pressure is placed against it.Therefore when I turn it on and it touches the floor it sound like I’m murdering a Canadian goose. It’s ridiculous.I could tolerate the sound if it still spun, but that side is never going to work again. Therefore, my review is:4 star with a protection plan1 star without a protection plan*subtracted a star for the fact that a protection plan requires further action.I bought on a Black Friday deal for $180 (down from $229 I think) and I can see the price has reduced greatly for a new “regular price” in less than a year.I would say it is not worth the money simply because it will absolutely encounter a similar issue over time.I didn’t give the negative reviews enough attention because I thought I had a lighter touch and wouldn’t run into the same issue.Had I known how easily the spinning feature would strip and not work, I would have definitely spent the extra $20 for the protection plan. But I’m frugal and opted out.Now I’m stuck with a piece of junk 😢

VERY EFFECTIVE.
This steam mop is very effective. The pictures I’ve added in my review are of the floor the walk-in Deli refrigerator where I work. The first 3 pictures are before pictures, one far, one medium, and one close. It doesn’t have the largest water capacity but the water management is very good so it lasts a decent amount of time.To prevent a TLDR text wall, I will bullet point.Pros.>Heats up to max temp of 212 degrees within 30 seconds, even in a 35 degree environment.>ease of use, glides easily on floor, requires little user input to move.>digital display is clearly visible>cord length>No bigger than needed.>you have an option for no steam if you just want a rotating mop.>allows usage at many angles.>headlights>hella quiet>washable padsCons>cord holders only fold in, requiring complete unwinding of cord.>sometimes hard to align pads>easy to reach pad saturation limitI’ve attached a picture of one mop pad set before and after cleaning them the first time at work. The last set of pictures are after photos.
