I like the design of the pillow. it fits human neck well, allowing you to sleep either on your back or on the side. It is very soft with good quality. the memory foam works great for your neck/body.

After years of neck and back pain, I now wake up without pain! I sleep on my side and back and my average weight is 130 lbs. The first night I used it, it seemed too hard and as I retrieved the box to return it, I read where I could remove the interior memory foam insert and decided to give it another try. Since the 2nd night, I have not had any pain in neck or back in the mornings. I HIGHLY recommend this pillow! Very Comfortable! Perfect Firmness! Great Value for the money!

Works well supporting my neck at night and eliminates or at least reduces neck pain in the morning. I used to wake up every day with extreme stiffness and pain.Memory foam is starting to collapse in one area but not significantly so far.Not really cooling. Could use a gel layer. Can’t flip pillow due to seam and envelope flap on one side.

This one is very good and comfortable, I bought 2 different ones prior and didn’t like, but this is amazing, just soft enough and adjustable part is great. Highly recommend it.

I bought this because my occupational therapist told me to. She explained how my neck/arm issues are partly caused by the fact that my pillow didn't support my neck correctly. This has an adjustable thickness and you can remove one or two layers if it's too high. I am having less pain than I was before, so I think she was right. I am actually sleeping longer, too, which is something new. Buy this one!

I wanted to love this pillow, and I did at first, but it’s not holding up. It’s getting flat and where o thought it was supporting well, isn’t anymore. After 3+ months of use, I was disappointed that it hadn’t lasted longer. What’s the point of taking out the inside pillow if the memory foam doesn’t hold up like it should? I actually wish I came with an extra insert to make it the right height again. It worked at first and helped me sleep better, but now doesn’t support enough.

I bought this to replace an older contour pillow. I purchased the soft and was pleasantly surprised that it still held its shape all night long. There was an odor that lasted for a couple days, but it went away. I've tried other contour pillows, but found them way too hard for my liking. I'm glad this did the trick.

I bought this pillow after reading the information. All I can say is that the seller and manufacturer really believes that they have a fabulous product. As for me, this pillow was stiff and uncomfortable, and it didn’t matter if I removed any of the of the extra padding, I finally passed it onto my husband who can tolerate just about anything and he’s he’s living with it, but we’re gonna get better pillows.I would not recommend this pillow unless you like hard, stiff pillows, In which case it would serve you well
