Underrated earphones
A lot of people just get this product for the Fortnite code and overlook the fact you are getting a very good set of earphones, the mic and sound quality are amazing, they fit very snug in your ear and give a lot of comfort, sometimes it feels as if they aren't even there and you get extra ear tips to fit in your ears, for me the hardest thing to actually do was redeem the code for the emote, the code I got did not give me the emote but a pickaxe, however if you contact PowerA they will send you another code with the emote within a day sometimes, so you will get the pickaxe for free and the emote. Overall for the price they are an amazing set of earphones with such a goofy but cool design so do not overlook that.

Unironically good earphones
Like many others, I bought this for the "It's Complicated" Fortnite emote.Sadly, I did not recieve the correct code and got a pickaxe, however from contacting PowerA support, sending them proof of purchase, the model/batch numbers, a photo of the code, and evidence of the code returning the wrong item alongside Epic Games code redemption history, I recieved a new code in just under a day.However, these earphones are actually super comfortable to wear and quite good quality, they work across any device I've tested on with a functional mic mute switch too.

Wrong code wrong item false advertisement
The ear buds were fine but the only reason I payed for this was because I wanted the it’s complicated emote and it instead gave me a prickly pickaxe

Problem with code
They did arrive in good condition but when I tried redeeming the code that came with it, it came up with a different item, I had to contact the actual company that owned the code and after some talk with them I finally got what I wanted, overall good ear buds

Great but contact power A for code issues
Great earphones good quality. I did have to speak to power A support as my code was wrong like many others but they gave me the correct code after providing them with some proof of purchase and code! So if you have the same issue just contact them !
