I’ve purchased these nasal strips twice now and I can honestly say they’ve made a huge difference in my sleep quality. They’re super easy to apply, stay in place all night, and really help open up my airways. I used to wake up feeling stuffy and tired, but since using these, I breathe so much easier and feel more refreshed in the mornings. I bought these for sport, I did 3 days of enduro mountain biking in Switzerland. Not a problem. I would say though that you must wash your face properly then apply and put your lotions and potions on after. I would recommend

These are very good value snore strips, they stick well and do indeed reduce my snoring which I've measured using a sleep app, so they do indeed work well whilst also being good value.

Items purchased to give to child’s father as his snoring was driving her wild. It was disturbing her sleep as it was waking her up even though she slept in a bedroom a good distance away on the same floor. They worked! Not only does he snore significantly less (very occasionally he can be heard snoring but perhaps he hasn’t placed a strip on his nose correctly or he has forgotten). He says he can breathe much easier when using these. He had a broken nose years ago. I also tried one and it has a lovely menthol smell about it which I found helped open my airwaves as I previously had pneumonia so can be nasal/chesty. Would recommend as aids the sleep of the whole family, even those not wearing them.

Good value for money, bought to help when I have a cold as I struggle to sleep and they work well, adhesive is relatively good but in the hot nights not so great, takes a while to get the product in the correct place to work correctly. Relatively comfortable
