I bought this product a few weeks ago and I have used it 3xs the first time I used it it did turn my face red but went away the next day I found that if you press down on it onto your face it will scar it so the next 2xs I used it it was great I saw all of the junk come out my face even when I throughly cleaned it it still had oils on it. My pores are looking so much better and my skin tone is evening out. I hope this review reaches the right people this is a great product and for the price even better. Arrived quickly. Wish it would work little better on my chin

Maybe I was just using it wrong but, the product did not work for me. It does suction really well and I do enjoy the little tools that the product comes with. When you change out the different heads of the suction though sometimes the top does fall off very easily. It easily goes back on but the products head isn’t made to stay on when switching out the suctions. Mine was more than likely defective. Of course make sure to have a type of oil for your skin before use.
