The media could not be loaded. I've been interested in RC Crawlers for a few years, and I've had a few different ones on my Christmas list for a couple years to no avail. I finally decided that I was going to have to buy one for myself.I couldn't afford hobby grade, but I didn't want a toy, either. My search led me to WPL, FMS, & MN. In reading a ton of reviews, I decided that the MN82 filled what I was looking for:-Affordable-Capable-UpgradableI've only operated it around my small yard so far, but it is everything that I expected it to be. It is mostly plastic, so don't expect to be able to abuse it, but it is fun and affordable, and you easily upgrade to higher quality parts over time.If you're not sure, search MN82 on YouTube. What convinced me to go with it is the number of RC Hobbyists who gave this vehicle a favorable review. If you can afford to 6-10 times the cost of this vehicle, then do that, but if you're looking for an affordable way to get into the hobby, this might be right for you.

Several RC experts who were not familiar with the MN82 have fallen in love with it and have told me that it is definitely a great choice to start in the world of RC Crawlers. Its body details and the advantage of having two speeds, as well as responding sensitively to the trigger pressure, on a remote control that also brakes, is a plus. It is so well priced that I have already bought the second one, but this time in its PRO version. I am 62 years old and now I go out into the yard looking for places to climb, very fun to share with my grandson.Why did I buy another one? So that it doesn't hurt so much when my grandson crashes it against the rocks. The red one is yours!

Great little truck for the price. Very close to hobby grade and would be a great starter crawling truck for anyone looking to get into the hobby. It is very easy to customize with a lot of after market parts available on amazon. Out of the box it drives great and is pretty smooth for what it is. I have rolled this thing a bunch of times without breaking anything yet! I would say it is highly durable and will most definitely surprise you! Now the battery life is okay its nothing to brag about but charging time is quick and you can order extra batteries and easily drive it for hours!All in all I would recommend this truck for beginners looking to get into the hobby and even experts looking for a fun little truck that is easy to customize and make it a one of a kind.

This is one of those rare “toys” that can be made closer to a hobby grade model rc with very little upgrades. The hardbody is also very scale and looks very similar to a real lc79 landcruiser. It also comes with headlights preinstalled which is a hued plus for me and for those who want more, they have premade holes for you to stick LEDS into the rear and fog lights which saves a lot of time creating custom bracket for them. Performance out of the box is also very decent, you wont be climbing boulders but you will be able to power through many courses. The controller of the RC also comes with a throttle trim button which allows you to slow down the speed of the rig when crawling or high speed for trailing around the woods. This is simply amazing as its can be slow when I need it to be able quick enough to walk by it and drive it. My other rc crawlers have to get picked up when walking due to the low gearing. During my time with it, i have ran it through hiking trails, the beach and have gotten it when going through puddles and it still keeps on chugging!

Every everything went together like it should the little parts are a pain in the butt to put on this truck like the door handles rearview mirrors, side mirrors but overall it’s a great truck realistic looking I like it
