My PT recommended this for after shoulder surgery. It has helped me wonderfully and is easy to use. Not too pricey. Very lightweight and stable if mounted properly.

Easy setup

I was impressed with this when the Physical Therapist used one on me while I was being treated for a frozen shoulder that was limiting my range of motion (and painful). She showed me several different ways to stretch the problem area, and I was impressed enough to ask how I could get one. She showed it to me on Amazon and I bought it later that day. The therapy is working for me, and this made it possible to use it among the exercises I am doing every day.

This pulley works well for my damaged shoulder. It nicely slips over the top of any door. What I don’t like at all is not having a proper grip. Using this grip with the rope between my fingers hurts almost right away. Maybe if I can somehow wrap the rope where it meets at the wood handle with something soft, it won’t hurt my fingers so much. If not, I’ll buy one with a real grip.

Easy to setup and use! I started Physical Therapy approx 6 weeks after my shoulder replacement surgery. I use it several times per day. It works perfectly to help stretch my operative arm upwards and out to the side. I do recommend this product.

Very helpful to rehab my broken shoulder. Easy to set up and reasonable price. Not as heavy duty as the one at my physical therapy center.

This is a really good product. It is easy to use and has protection on the door so it won't scratch. It also has a metal piece for the rope to go through. It's very sturdy. I recommend this product.

This works very smoothly. I did have a problem because I have a trim on my door and had to trim the foam protection to fit.

Simple, straightforward assistance for home rehab after shoulder surgery. Works so much better than trying to stretch arm on a towel on a table (and for some reason makes it so much easier to stretch further). Probably going to be the cheapest, yet most effective, rehab tool I have. Bonus is that it’s easiest enough to put together and get using it that there is no excuse not to set it up immediately. I glued a piece of thick wool felt to the inside of the door bracket to protect the doors in my new home but probably didn’t even need to given the bracket tip cover and foam that are included (I just wanted to be 100% certain no part of the bracket could touch the door.) I highly recommend this to anyone needing shoulder surgery or who has sustained a shoulder injury - you’ll be glad of having it when your shoulder heals/recovers more quickly and you get back to your active life faster than without.

it came on time, super easy to install, love the rubber protector. So useful to work on shoulder injuries and combine with remedial exercises.

The product itself is great, I would prefer flat rubber back to prevent sliding across the back top of my door. But the issue I have is the sign upSo in the package is a card inviting you to sign up for lifetime subscription to their online portalI had assumed it was for exercise videos. It is. But it’s also a giant forum. Think RedditSo immediately after sign up. The owner of the company has it set up to “auto spam you” with a hello and please do a survey. The survey wants to know why you bought it/what you bought/where you bought it/and how old you are/and if you or or had or will have surgery. And it wants your name and email (this you gave at sign up I used fake name). Just found it a tad invasive. To ask the name alongside asking the other questions. It’s not very generic data when you have specifics like name.You also get spammed to introduce yourself on the group.I didn’t sign up to be spammed or join a group. And I felt it was a bad scheme. As I was left feeling tricked and burdened with a group that I somehow was expected to participate in. I didn’t ask for group therapy here 🤷‍♀️🙄.I will tell you. Google the name. RANGEMASTER you can find all the exercise videos on YouTube. Without signing up for spam and giving your email address and private info to this company. I was lead to think it was only free with sign up. It isn’t. They are all on free YouTube channel.
