This thing is not what it was advertised as. It doesn’t have a AC it’s a fan. No response for the seller on return issuesDONT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

No a cooler
Even the description says it is a cooler and heat the cool is not there. It is just a poor air flow fan that does not really cool. Very disappointed about that part. Only thing it is good for is to use as a heater in my garage.

Doesn’t turn cold I had it on cold and nothing comes out

Not even close to being an air conditioner
It recirculates the air that's already there and cools it a couple of degrees or so it would work for winter to heat a bathroom or a small room but nothing more than an air circulator fan other than that. Not too happy with our purchase because it claimed it was an air conditioner and we waited over a week and a half for it. Worst part is we have Amazon Prime so should have been here quicker than that but it wasn't it just bounced around at the post office in New York for about 4 or 5 days before finally made it to us.
