Pain Relief
I have had on and off lower back pain for 15 years, and a few years ago was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. This has been a game changer for me. I get really good cracks in using this and my range of motion with my back has increased. Flares with severe back pain and needing steroids/muscle relaxers or needing a back brace have decreased with me using this product regularly. Very happy with this product.

Dear lordThe 1st time I rolled on this thing I felt my souls leave my body and spoke to my ancestors.There is no reason that this thing should consistently be as effective as it is. This thing is like crack cocaine! It's best the 1st time you try it and you're caught chasing that high for the rest of your life. Amazing

They work, but they are a bit narrow
They work fine, but they are a bit on the narrow side. They're stable enough when using them, but you'll be wriggling your shoulders and realizing they aren't quite getting enough of the back. They would be better if they were an inch or two wider.

Sturdy and works
I was worried they would hurt my back as I have a lot of back problems but I rely on these to keep me going through the week.I literally can pop my back into place with them, so in love ❤️

Does the job! Great supportive back stretches
I bought these for my husband who needs back stretches. We've had them for 6 months now and we both use them regularly. They still look like new, and have not lost any firmness or shape. Of the three sizes, we use the medium the most, then the large size. I love the stretching it gives us and works well to relieve pain, tightness, and the little catches in your back. I have not compared similar products, but these are excellent for their intended purpose.

Great back relief
Ahhhh-mazing. Opens up your back and pops it soo nicely without hurting your backbone. Start out on the biggest wheel depending on your fitness level

They work alright. I prefer foam rollers tho
They work alright, but I actually find the smaller ones work way better than the large one. I find that using the large one doesn’t do much other than make blood rush to my head and give me a headache. I find foam rollers to be far more useful.

Great for soothing back problems
Helps to soothe my back problems or when I have a rib or two out, it helps to put them back in.
