These are great brakes look fabulous on my Chevy Silverado, 1999 and they fit perfectly ceramic brakes, make it stop nicely

So far so good breaks stop nice they are heavy duty, I’ll change review if they end up garbage etc. but I’m sure they will be fine.Updating review, I had issues with these or thought I did, my vehicle developed a shutter while stopping I thought for certain it was power stops break rotors warped but upon buying some other new ones from Detroit axle my vehicle did the same thing. It did it after the breaks warm up it don’t stop right. Well I found out by investigating the rear rotors I replaced a year ago but they are just the half inch thick metal for the rest no cooling fins, so the new ones they sell now have cooling fins so they can breathe so I’m guessing people had problems with them because the old style didn’t have the fins now they do it seems. So upon further review I’m pretty sure the rear rotors are warped and power stops stuff is fine given I bought a set from Detroit axle and it acts weird as well. However I don’t like power stops customer service they didn’t seem helpful and seemed to just tell me my calipers are bad and probably warped there rotors instead of investigating snd trouble shooting with me. Maybe I could’ve had less headaches if they had better customer service. I gave them a bad review abs now changing it.

Power Stop K2009 Front Ceramic Brake Pad and Rotor kit is a great all in one brake replacement kit. Fit perfectly on my 04 Avalanche Z71 and look great to boot. The kit came with everything needed to properly replace and install your front brake pads and rotors. I am an ex-mechanic that was ASE certified in brakes. The rotors were even labeled so that you knew where to put them. I took my time to clean and lube the wheel hubs as well as the brake caliper bracket to make sure everything that is suppose to move does so and to prevent rust jacking. The brake pad kit included the ceramic carbon fiber pads with shims installed, new caliper slide brackets, new rubber bellow boots and bushings for the caliper slide. My only complaint about the kit is that the brake grease packet was broken open inside the box. Luckily the brake pads were covered in plastic which prevented them from becoming contaminated by the grease. But there were some holes in that plastic. I followed the break in procedure using my churches parking lot. The very first brake application was a little rough, but everything has been smooth ever since. They are an improvement over my worn out brakes. Hopefully they will help prevent brake fade while towing my camper. I look forward to seeing how well they hold up and work after getting several thousand miles on them. I will update my review if something changes that I feel needs to be addressed.

These are a great price for slotted and drilled rotors and their pads are great. Have had these on several cars now and the pads seem to last forever. No brake fade what so ever.

We purchased this kit and it arrived quickly.We ordered these for our 2005 Silverado SS and they fit perfectly.But, you should always check the manufacturer's website fitment page to make sure. We checked before purchasing, so were confident that the parts would fit. Most of the problems we saw on the reviews were because they didn't fit the vehicle they were ordered for.If you have a Silverado with rear drums, it is important that you check with the manufacturer's website to be sure you are getting the correct ones.We installed it and everything fit correctly and followed the break in procedure and these brakes work great.It is important that you follow the break in procedure correctly. Having dealt with ceramic brakes before, we knew how critical it is, so were careful to follow the correct procedure.The kit comes with the glides, boots, pads and the proper grease for the bolts.But be aware that if you are going to replace the boots on your caliper bolts, you will want the correct tool to install them, to prevent tearing the boot.It is possible to use a deep socket of the correct diameter, but some parts stores might rent the correct tool to install them.Good quality and a good upgrade.I will be buying this brand again.

Seems like quality parts, have not had the chance to install them yet. Will update once I do get them installed. Finally installed the front rotors and pads and broke them in as instructed. Was very impressed because the stock rotors had warped and vibrated very bad when braking. I've had them on my 2004 Silverado for about 6 months now and unfortunately now they have warped and are now vibrating when I apply the brakes. Going to contact Powerstop and see what can be done about the warping. Not sure if the rotors can be turned because of the slotted and cross drilled rotors. Had been very happy with them up to this point. Was hoping that the slotted and cross drilling would keep the heat down enough to keep the rotors from warping. Also I don't tow anything with my truck and I don't drive it daily. May have put at the most 6,000 miles on the new rotors and pads so I'm at a loss as to why the would already be warped.

This is the second set of front brakes for my Escalade ESV. The only reason I had to change them out was a wheel bearing went bad and wore down one pad badly. I could have tried to have the rotors turned, but decided to go all new.

Honestly at first when I made my purchase I didn't think 🤔 if it was five or six holes that it needed for my Chevy Tahoe 2004 if you 6 I thought I had 5 and I was already trying to return it but to my surprise when it arrived it had the 6 so I'm super happy and also material highly recommended
