A "clean" run, hard to find
Great rub for more than beef, good all round. No sugar and that is hard to find these days, simple, clean and good. Go ahead and buy two, get his book also, great read and lots of good ideas. Happy smoking!

Friggin’ love it!
I’ve become a fan boy for the Chiles and Smoke seasonings so when I found out there was a third one coming out (Scorching Sun) I had to order it! I love the variety in the flavor profile, mixing umami flavors with some heat from the different flavors. It’s great with chilis, soups, chicken, and pork.

Canyon Crust is delicious on Beef!
I absolutely loved this rub for steaks. And now I’m using it on almost everything beef. It allows the beef flavor to shine and provides a beautiful crust while grilling or searing meats indoors. I’ll buy it again.
