Not a direct replacement for Lennox, 100649–11.
The flat area on the shaft began 2 inches above the top of the motor instead of 3/8 of an inch. The squirrel cage could not be centered without modification to the shaft. I decided to keep the motor and do the modification since the motor took over three weeks to arrive at my door. The shaft length was 6 inches instead of four so I cut off 2 inches of the shaft and used a Dremel to extend the flat. There were three mounting tabs instead of four but the three tabs did aline with the holes in the squirrel cage housing and the motor seemed secure.
