I think this product works great. Hence the 4 starts. I didn't give 5 stars because there is no way to take it apart. The description on here says that the ends are labeled. Mine were not and I apparently guessed wrong on which ones went in each location. It now shapes the hat wrong and I can't seem to take it apart to adjust it.*Edit to say we finally got it apart, but since it wasn't labeled it was super difficult to figure out the correct way it went

I play a lot of Pickleball down in Florida so I sweat quite a bit and my hat turns some very interesting looking colors because most of them are white. I think most people figure when it gets that bad, they just throw it away and get a new one, but I would scrub it with a brush and some dishwashing fluid and it always looked better but it never looked as good as it did after using this system by putting it in my washing machine. It’s way too easy and looks like a new hat. Simply an amazing product and so inexpensive. Great great product.

Works well. Hate washed up nicely and came out clean. Zipper didn’t last a whole month. Poor quality to not last with light to moderate use.

Actually works and keeps its shape as it washes. I haven’t dried the hats in it just take them out to hang dry. Pretty sturdy fits all hats

I've used different styles of cap washing devices and this one is by far the worst. The best I've used is the old style plastic one that locks your cap in it. I thought this one would be similar but it's not. This one relies on a bag of sorts to zip your cap inside of (think of the washing bags for women's bras and panty hose). There's also a plastic piece that you fit your cap onto before zipping the wash bag around it. The problem is that there's nothing to keep your cap in place. As it washes it'll slip around on the cap holder causing your cap to become deformed. The bag itself also prevents your cap from getting washed fully.I'd recommend either finding the old fashioned plastic style that locks your cap in it, wash by hand in your sink, or wash in your dishwasher. This device is a no go for me.I cannot recommend this product due to it being highly ineffective.
