Okay Doc, do I need more hydration in my system, so what should I do? Ordered a case from Amazon as an experiment. Figured I’d drink it and have one periodically to get rid of it.Wow what a surprise! I ordered the strawberry banana flavor and it was great, and I mean really great. I’m supposed to drink anywhere from 1-2 liters a day and with a few of the bottles it was no problem.Now that I had my feet in the water I tried the cherry freeze. Also great tasting. I’m waiting for a delivery of fruit punch to give that a taste.If you like the taste or smell of bananas or strawberry, this is a drink you’ll enjoy and get hydrated with a lot of healthy invert as well.
