Good book ensuring you’ve covered the basics
In a former role I have filtered thousands of CVs & interviewed a good percentage of those people in person, by phone or Zoom. Interviewing for a new role I wanted to ensure I wasn’t being complacent & placed my order. My expectations weren’t particularly high.As it turned out I was familiar with many of the questions in this book having asked them myself. However, I still think this is an excellent book. Just because you ask the questions doesn’t mean you always have the perfect response prepared yourself. I found it a useful process working through this book ahead of my interview. To be clear in today’s job market a book like this won’t win you the job on its own. There are of course psychometric tests, language, logic & maths tests to content with. Often accompanied by a presentation or two if you make it to interview stage. However, I think this book can significantly improve your chances of giving a good interview.I would recommend using a Google spreadsheet, writing the questions down and forcing yourself to write the answers down. You can just read the book and quickly run over answers in your head. However, the above process will be a valuable step for a lot of people. As stated in the book you shouldn’t have scripted answers to these questions but more a framework of reference points so you can adapt your answers as necessary.I found this a useful exercise as it surfaced some quite recent things I had delivered in my career to date but already forgotten about. I would definitely say this book assisted me in getting the role I was interviewing for. Not because there was anything particularly new to me but because I used it as part of a wider preparation process. So for more experienced people you don’t necessarily need this. However, if you are starting out on your job hunt I would highly recommend this book so long as you use it in the right way. When I was interviewing on a regular basis one of my biggest frustrations was people who hadn’t even bothered to consider basic questions or do any research. It just comes across poorly & you almost certainly won’t get the job. This book can help you take some basic but important steps in the right direction.

Specific questions perhaps not suited to everyone.
Helps prepare for interviews but I found questions are very specific and similar. However if you're able to adapt your own answers I can see how this would be a useful resource

Will make you more confident in interviews
Contains a lot of example questions ranging from easy to tough, and ways to answer the questions; it's to do with working out what the interviewer is looking for when they ask certain questions, and not to take personally any difficult questions.

Don't waste money and time, buy this book, its worth it.
Easy to read, great examples. Perfect if you just cant nail that interview, When the interviewer says, there is nothing to feedback on, someone else is better.. they are lying. This book will give you the tool to be more powerful in the interview. Certainly glad I bought it.
