I wrote the original update on 07JAN25, and said I will continue to provide updates.07JAN25 -I have worked from home for 20 years, and two years ago, decided to finally get a cordless headset. The one I originally purchased, I loved, I was able to walk all around the house, with zero issues, the only complaint I had with it, is when you put a call on mute the only way to know it was on mute, was a red light that was on the outside of the boom, so you either had to look in a mirror, or take it off and check. After being used 60+ hours a week, it started to have issues, so I decided to order a new one, and unfortuntely, it was no longer available, so I got this one.Initially, I really liked it - I was able to walk around the house, from my office to kitchen, without issue. When I muted the mike, it announced that it was muted or unmuted.Now, four months later, if I walk anywhere outside of my office, I can hear perfectly, but no one can hear me and today, I just found out that when I mute my mike and it announces that the mike is mute, it is not. The first time, I was on a call with a director in Poland, and got a call, I muted the mike, and answered the call to make sure it was not urgent and said to the person on the phone, "I cannot talk and will call you back", and the director from Poland hearing this, dropped from our call, thinking I was talking to him (I had no idea why he dropped). Then later, the wife came in, while I was on another call asking what I wanted for breakfast (I start my day rather early), and I was on a call with the customer discussing a migration, I muted my mike, told my wife a breakfast buritto would be nice, and next thing I hear on the call, are orders for what kind of breakfast burrito everyone would like.I am going to reach out to support and see what they say, and will update this with any results, good or bad.14JAN25 -In regards to my review on 07JAN25, I received the following message on 10JAN25 - "We’d like to address any issues or concerns you have. I'm loving so much about this simple little headset. First, I love how quickly it connects to my computer, either with their dongle or Bluetooth! It connects faster than any other headset or earbuds I've owned. It's super comfortable on my ear and the controls make it easy to walk around and adjust volume or answer calls while not tied to my desk. They're also super light which makes wearing them all the time very easy. The battery life has been super and easily gets me through the day without charging. The sound quality is crisp and clear though it's just a little heavy on bass for my old ears. I know many who will love the deep clear bass. These replaced a very old and expensive headset that finally gave up the ghost. I'm very, very, happy with these!

It’s been a good headset so far. Works flawlessly, connects to Bluetooth instantly and never drops a call. The sound is clear, mike works great, no one complained on it. Light weight and comfortable, in the office I wear it all day long and don’t even notice it anymore.The battery life is ample, when in use will last at least two days, however, I have not try to drain it, so may even longer, depends how much you talk. The controls are very simple, the buttons are big and easy to reach.Overall, I’ve been very happy with it and would recommend to anyone.

Headsex works great. People can hear me clearlyConnect it via bluetooth and had to reconnect occasionally. Switched to the dongle and works really well now

I work remotely from home and I'm on the phone all day. As long as I charge it at night it lasts all day while I'm working. It's comfortable on my head and ear. I got it on sale to the price was right. I have bragged about it so much to my co-workers multiple of them have bought the same one and love it as much as I do!!

this headset is not noise cancellation. the quality is great but i work from home with a 6 month old baby and really needed a noise cancellation headset. this is great for bluetooth n wireless but not noise cancellation. my clients can hear my entire background

I like the headset. It is comfortable and the sound quality is good. The issue I have is that I have to unplug and plug back in the USB doggle piece in order for people to be able to hear me on Teams calls. If I do this as soon as I turn on the headset for the day and leave the headset on I only have to do it that one time.
