Good Low Calorie Option
For a low calorie option noodle, I'm not going to complain. Not as good as regular noodles obviously but a great option if you're trying to lose weight while also craving pasta

PERFECTION
This product mimics pasta to a T. It cooks aldente. It was delicious with pasta sauce. I will purchase again no doubt.

They really did not spike my blood sugar.
It could have tasted better but with sauce they were ok. Texture was a little weird need to get used to it. But It did not spike my blood sugar which was fantastic.

You can’t tell!
You can’t tell that it’s not noodles. The closest I’ve found to resemble the texture and taste of noodles and I’ve tried a lot of different brands before I found this. I reordered this numerous times and will continue to do so. I’m still hopeful that they make lasagna noodles. Please!

best for asian style dishes
i was surprized at how much i ejoyed these. i like them best in soup sort of ramen style they have a good chew . i havent had time to play withem yet but i think they would be good in any asian noodle dish. i dont see them as being suitable for italian pasta dishes.

Neutral
Uncooked, these noodles have a rubber texture and don't break easily. Noodles are shorter than spaghetti. Texture when cooked is jelly like. Rather chewy. Nothing unpleasant. While I enjoyed these enough to eat both boxes, probably won't be something I would use again.
