Excellent WiFi range
I bought this to use as a wifi server. The range on this board is AMAZING, rivaling that of my wifi router! Connecting from 30 feet away through a floor and 2 walls.The board itself seems very reliable and worked well with the Arduino IDE.

Broken and Not Working
One has a broken micro-switch on the EN button. Neither will flash, even with the BOOT button / EN Pin lowering trick. Only one can be read over UART using Putty. Returned..

Form factor bigger than expected
As an ESP/32 Dev board they perform as expected. I liked how the pins were conveniently labelled. However, was not expecting them to be as wide as they are. They do not pop on to a standard solderless breadboard and have both pin rows usable. You have pick a side which then limits there usefulness for prototyping.
