nice computer, but bad customer service as far as the warranty goes
The computer is great, my granddaughter loves it. It is perfect for her games and school work and watching movies. The earphone jack stopped working and should be covered by warranty but I am getting the run around. Amazon said contact I shop tablets and they said to contact Amazon and Amazon said that they couldn't replace it because it is sold by another company. They offered a refund but was charging me for shipping and the computer if only a little over 3 months old, it was purchased on June 27th, 20 and it is now just Oct. 1st,20.

Asked my daughter how she liked it and she said " I love it"
Bought this for my daughter as an upgrade from her 7' inch kindle and 8 inch tablet. She said she enjoys this tablet a lot better. The 11.5 inch is perfect for her to play her games on and the touch screen is very responsive. She has been playing with it for several weeks and it continues to work great. Good product and you can't beat the price.

Very disappointed
This computer (tablet) has ended up being useless. It seemed to be fine at first but then began running so slow you couldnt even use it within a few weeks. I factory reset it and it did fine for about a week and half then started doing it again. This was with only adding email and excel. No other apps...no videos...no games. Even my 8 year old cant use it because it is soooo slow and laggy.Sadly the return window ended a week ago before I realized the factory reset was only helpful temporarily :(I hate to say, but i feel like i wasted my money ...

Great price, large screen
I love the large screen the battery life is too short make sure you carry extra battery pack. Other than that I love the tablet. It's a little heavier than I thought it would be but overall good tablet

Almost good. depends on what you want to do
I am giving the tablet 3 stars because the support from RCA is awful. The owners manual has no details for using the tablet and the owner's manual is ALL that RCA provides, even on the website. It is difficult to navigate through the tablet without the keyboard. I made much better progress after connecting a mouse because the mouse pad is very sensitive. It is difficult to find information on the tablet (about the tablet, like features), delete things, customize anything, and it has compatibility issues. RCA should have spent more money on the "how to use" side.I wanted an inexpensive tablet to use for work, and I haven't decided yet if this is a waste of money for me.Positive: It has a keyboard with shortcut keys, the standard usb (a big plus for me) and mini-usb, It charges with the mini usb and has the plug into the wall charger, it can communicate with my Samsung phone. I guess it depends on what you want to do.

So far so good.
It's not the fastest laptop but the picture is good and the sound is OK. Seems to be pretty awesome for the price.

Bargain
Can't believe how cheap this is ($106). Look at the description and see how much you get. My only complaint is the absence of usage information upon opening the box, but then found there are instructions on the box end on how to turn it on.I bought this because I was tired of straining my eyes on my Kindle Fire 7 and the 10" doesn't have very good reviews (also costs twice as much as this 11 1\2) plus this has many more features. I've been telling everyone I know to buy this gem.I am Android-ignorant but have managed to set this up to my liking with no problem.Tinny sound, but I don't listen to music, besides I can't expect great speakers from a cheap tablet.I am very pleased with my purchase.

Does not have to juice to actually use any apps. It can't even download the apps.
My daughter bought this device to play little games on and email and very basic things. It has been a huge disappointment. She can't use it. It wont download the google play store, which apparently is the only way to download any games, or apps for that matter. I have looked on the RCA troubleshooting page and tried a bunch of different fixes, but she is so frustrated I think we are just going to return it. She is 7 and has saved her chore and birthday money for years, and she had enough to buy this, she was so excited. Not sure what she will choose instead, but I thought this would at least be able to handle that.
