Good bin, generous size and the form factor worked for where I wanted to install it.Keep in mind this bin senses your hand waving offer the top of the sensor, it's pretty accurate seldom misses point but it's hardly a clever bit or equipment.C Cell batteries was an awkward surprise as most others use AA I didn't really think twice about it.I was also a little surprised to see "Costway" branding, which at the time of purchase was on an identical bin with lower ratings... But, temu will ignore that and the bin itself is well made, solid enough, and I think it only having to lift two ligut weight flaps should ensure it's quite durable in the long term.

Needed bins that weren't too wide but had a good volume.Work well although it was not clear size c batteries were needed but AA's with some support to stop them popping out work well - still on 1st set of batteries after 4 months.Sensor is fairly accurate at about 4 inches above the bin, quick opening lid and stays open just long enough.I bought 2 - one for general rubbish and 1 for mixed recycling and they hold enough to only need emptying weekly for 2 adults.Very reasonably priced at £73

This is an excellent product, good size etc. I have one annoyance with it that is for some reason it needs eight batteries to operate it. Other than that yes excellent purchase.

I used it for a while before reviewing it and recommended it to a friend who repurchased a second one. I like its size and sensing function, and the power consumption is acceptable. It can be opened manually without batteries.
