I’ve been using this shampoo for about a week now, I got this duo as a free trial from Arey, so far it works so well. My scalp is less oily, and usually I have really oily hair. It leaves my hair really soft and clean. I do double wash my hair which helps a lot too. I do wish the smell was a bit better but otherwise it’s been a huge help to my hair and scalp. It’s a bit expensive but I think if you want healthier hair and can afford this set, it’s worth it. We will see if it helps with grey hair as I have a little bit right now. But so far scalp and hair health is top tier.

I bought this product a month and a half ago, and just started using it this week. To me these two items are pricey, but decided to buy them because I thought they will be good. First time I used it, it left my face with a sensation of burning (I usually rise my hair an let water run through my face) and I was like ok, next time I’ll be more careful and rinse it with out letting the water touch my face, I washed my hair today, and even though I was very careful, my face was irritated and left me with the same burning sensation as the first time. I would like to return the product, but 30 days have already passed. I’m very disappointed ☹️

Not the best, not the worst. The shampoo is very watery. I’m not sure if there’s a reason behind it, but it was hard to adjust to the texture. My hair didn’t not feel clean after washing/drying/styling but it also didn’t quite feel clean and seemed a little less full of life souring the styling process after using these products. I have the products a fair chance using them consistently, on a daily basis, for 2 weeks. This just isn’t quite the reigns regiment for my long, thick, wavy hair.

This is an awesome peptide shampoo and conditioner. It rinses hair out great and leaves it moisturized, but tangled. The balm saves the situation. They work well together, the cumulative effect is visible. I will definitely continue to use it.

I used this shampoo and conditioner ONE time. I am aware that my grays cannot be re-pigmented in just one wash, however, this shampoo and conditioner gives the APPEARANCE of reduced grays. I'm not sure why. I can say that this shampoo and conditioner did make my normally frizzy thick hair much smoother. I'm thinking that the grays were smoothed out making them less visible if that makes sense. There isn't much of a smell to this. Overall I really do like this shampoo and conditioner, but the real test will be over time to see if my grays are actually re-pigmented. I will update review if they are. Only con- I normally curl my hair with a curling wand and my curls last for a week. After washing with Arey and curling my hair, my curls fell out by the next morning. I think this is because of the smoothing effect it has. I think I can fix that with some extra texture spray next time. All in all, great product! fingers crossed for re-pigmentation!

I have been using the arey shampoo/conditioner duo for a couple of years now and I love it! The scent is amazing, the lather is great and the results are awesome!! You will feel the difference in the way your scalp feels after you shampoo and condition with this brand. It feels clean and healthy in a way I've never felt with any other brand before. In addition, my hair is thicker than it once was, it is darker than it used to be and the grey has slowed down. It also grows very fast. I also occasionally us their To the Root serum, but not all the time.

The smell of this shampoo is offensive, unnecessary, and awful. I went on Arey’s website to see if they offered an unscented version and they are promoting the smell as a “signature scent”! It smells like hippie, incense, and very musty. I’m not sure why shampoo has to smell at all. Isn’t that what perfume is for? The choice to choose one’s own signature scent? I may not be able to get through a month of using this product, I’m too allergic to smell it. Too pricey for a product that smells like it was made in a barn.

I really like this shampoo a lot. It feels very lightweight on the hair and I have not noticed any negative effects on my bleached hair. I tend to have a lot of scalp sensitivity and itching from many shampoos and this one did not cause any issues. Nor did the conditioner. However, the price is extremely expensive, and I don’t see myself buying it because of the amount that you get. I wish that you would get more in a bottle at least. The smell is lovely. Very light natural smell maybe patchouly?
