The shutter seal is something most homeowners should acquire. It seals a major opening in the ceiling which cuts energy loss and contributes to a more comfortable environment in the home.

The Velcro is tacky, so I bought magnetic strips to hold cover to fan louvers (metal) but cover not staying in place like it should. It is good but is a cheap product, cheap remedy to insulating cold air coming down from attic area.

A lot of the reviews said the Velcro would not hold. I have had the cover up for almost two months and it hasn't fell yet
