My wife and I have both been using Zinc for several years, primarily for immune system support. There are other benefits as well, which I personally found very interesting when I researched it online recently. There are different forms of zinc, and the one used in the 10X Health brand is Zinc Picolinate which is known to be easily absorbed by the body.As some other reviewers have noted, these capsules are on the larger size in comparison to other brands of zinc that we have used in the past, they aren't quite like "horse pills", but those who have difficulty swallowing larger capsules may want to keep that in mind. The amount of zinc in the 10X Health formula is 30mg, which is in line with what many of the brands on the market contain. The cost per capsule is somewhat higher than other well-known and reputable brands for essentially the same product.

I used to pay about $20 a month for shipping these vitamins to my house. Amazon selling and shipping them is a total game changer. These vitamins are clean for my body and I load up on the zinc while these sicknesses are flowing throughout our house. Great quality.
