The media could not be loaded. This tool is multi-use it has multiple functions on it vibration, heat, and also the ability to change the rate of the vibration. This vibration is key to what i needed this item for, I have trouble lifting my neck up, especially if I'm laying down looking up under a car and i need to move closer to work my neck just throbs.Using this heat with vibration has relieved pain/tension and I'm able to use my neck muscles much more so than before using this product.It's portable so you can keep it in your glove box or small area in your vehicle, you can charge it in your car or at the house - it holds a charge for a tremendous amount of time.Instructions were plain and simple to understand. Great product!!!

Didn’t work at all. The only function that worked was the vibration and it was very very loud and just not really helpful for jaw pain. The other functions didn’t work at all, i’m pretty sure the “heat” function was just a red led bulb.

Writing this review because I was afraid to order this and I was unsure about this item at first because the vibration isn't very strong and considered returning it. I was using a massagegun and it was way too strong for my face/neck/jaw, so I think I was used to that. I took my time and slowly massaged my jaw with this, and it made it feel a lot better, I noticed a difference the next day.This massager is great, especially the heat and TENS. I have had no issues with charging or any functions. As someone with severe TMJ issues, I highly recommend it.

This device is ok. It may help with the pain, but not much. The size is awkward in my hand because I keep pushing the buttons by accident as I am using it. I have used it several time on one battery charging, so it does seem to have a long battery life per charge. I will continue to use it to see if it helps more.

I tried this product as it was recommended by a friend of mine. I have been having pain in the jaw joint area lately. Not sure if it's due to stress or overuse of one side as I am in the process of getting an implant on my other side. So I have been chewing mostly on my left side. This massager, once I got the hang of the instructions was super simple to use. It gently massages my jaw area so some pain relief. It also has a heating function which helps with my jaw pain. I especially love the (I forget what they call it) electrical stimulating function where it tingles my jaw muscles. I've seen them use it at chiropractors for relieving back pain but this thing on the jaw muscles does wonders for the pain. Overall, I recommend this product if you have jaw pain like me. Hopefully, they work for you as well as they did for me.

It’s okay… It helps a little bit. Everyone else raved about it being a miracle gadget, so I had high hopes. It seems to be designed well. Maybe I simply have an abnormally bad case of TMJ. I like that it has an electrical pulse feature. Many other similar massagers you can buy online don’t have that! It’s easy to grip in the hand.

Works really good. Love the heat option.
