The main roller is solid and high-density, which makes it great for deep tissue massage and really working out tight spots. I use the back roller all the time, and it’s doing an amazing job at relieving tension in my back.The set includes different tools, but the massage ball was the least useful for me—I just don’t reach for it as often. However, the other pieces make up for it! It’s pretty firm for a foam roller. Actually bruised my back when I was trying to use it. Didn’t realize until the next day.

Love this thing. Keep in mind that it is pretty firm even though it appears to be squishy and have some give to it. If you want it to be comfy know that this may not be the roller for you. It works great getting out big body knots. Comes with a bag you can sling over your shoulder for the gym. Photo with my lady hand for size reference.
