It will automatically stop while I tied in my hand

I recently bought this watch. It looks good but the rotor at the back rotates very slowly. Is this normal? Is it supposed to rotate that slow? Please help.

It stops in weared condition. And then after some heavy movement of hand, it starts again.It's a wristwatch , should show accurate time. But here we have to set it again and again in weared condition.
