Great layout, I can get a years worth of planning with each book. VERY helpful. 👍🏼👍🏼

I use it to meal plan and as a food journal. It has blank pages for recipes or notes in the back. Also a place to keep track of prices. There is a column on each week page for notes, or grocery items. I wanted a meal planner like my last one and this is the closest I found. So yes I like it and would recommend it.

Love this for writing down my daily meals and has room for also tracking my weight and exercise.

I wanted to love this meal planner. It's slim, it's clean, it isn't too fussy. One major problem that I just can't overlook is that the binding on mine did not hold up at all. I ordered mine 5 months ago, and after about 2 months the back cover came completely off. So I've been using it that way ever since and now the front cover is coming off as well. I have made some tweaks to try to keep the binding in place, but that just doesn't seem reasonable for a product I've paid for.

I buy one of these every year. I love the formatting and I have room along the right-hand side of the page to put weekly stickers. I also like that the week starts on Monday.

Doesn’t look professionally produced - looks photocopied and then front page laminated and manually bound. The binding isn’t great so the book doesn’t open properly.
