I purchased the 32 oz bottle for a cruise and it came a few days before the trip. I got it ready to take on my trip when I realized it did not fit my cup holder which I never thought about. When I returned from my trip I emailed the company and received an immediate email stating they were sorry I was not happy and would I accept a 18 or 20 oz for free that would fit my cup holder free if charge. I was pleasantly surprised and said absolutely I would love the cup. They quickly got back with me, gave me a code to order another cup for free. The link worked well on Amazon and when I placed the order for the only color they had left in that size, there was only a charge of .20 as Amazon would only allow them to add 99% of the original. I was a very happy customer and should you consider this purchase, do not hesitate. They have excellent customer service making sure their customer are satisfied. The product is excellent and works as stated. The straw was the reason I wanted this product and it works when opened fully and it does not leak. I am not sure I have ever received such great customer service when I was not completely happy with my purchase.Beth

I really wanted to get a Hydro Flask stainless steel water bottle, but I have some criteria:1) it must be 40oz or close to it2) it must have a straw lid3) I reallllly liked the ombré look (one color fading into another) on select Hydro flask water bottles.And a 40oz Hydro flask would cost $50, without purchasing a straw lid to fit it.Not to mention, the ombré look costs much more. I couldn’t shell out that much money on a water bottle, and I’m thankful for Amazon’s related search options because I stumbled across the Sucforst stainless steel water bottle.I couldn’t believe it— I could get a 36oz water bottle that came with TWO extra lids (including the straw lid!!) and get the identical ombré color, all for $26!?? Sold!!! This is such a great deal!!I’ve been using it and am stunned at how cold that double wall keeps my water in this fervent, oppressive Utah heat. Even when sitting in a hot car for several hours, or by my nightstand, it keeps my water magically cold. Even adding fridge water to my ice water keeps the new water in the bottle icy cold. I love the 36oz and that I don’t constantly have to fill up a 20oz water bottle. The ombré color is beautiful.I haven’t used the hot liquid lid or the main lid, but the straw lid works great. So, SO SO happy with this purchase!!

I spent a lot of time looking for a water bottle that not only kept water cold for at least 12 hours, but also had a straw. And, preferably, would fit in a cup holder in the car. Well, I found these and ordered the 32oz. I've found the smaller ones don't hold enough water for me. After receiving this bottle I was pleasantly surprised it actually fit in my cup holder. As promised, it kept my ice cold all night, all the following morning, and even through the day sitting in a hot car. Doesn't sweat either. It comes with 3 different lids which is pretty cool. The only thing I didn't like is the straw that came with the bottle doesn't like to stay connected to the lid when there's ice in the bottle for some reason. That's pretty annoying but I have tons of other straws so I just switched the straw with one I already had and that seems to have done the trick. Other than the straw, I really love this water bottle.

I love that this has 3 lids. Came fast in mail, has great packaging. The pink is so bright and vibrant. My only complaint is I thought the caribeaner lid was actually a caribeaner, instead of a solid plastic piece, packaging shows a latch on the lid. No reason to fuss tho.

I think this Water Bottle may be the very best deal in this category. I am so happy with this 24 ounce water bottle after one week of great tasting ice-cold filtered water. I am replacing one of the top brands of plastic double walled glasses which all leak vacuum after a few months use. I'm retired and will use this Water Bottle mostly at home but like but the fact that it will fit in my cars cup holder when I travel. It is tall at 11 inches, a small inconvenience for use in cup holders and it does feel good in my hand. I'm using the flip up straw lid. UPDATE, I have found that sometimes the water becomes harder to suck. I guess it is because of the very small air hole which helps keep ice cold for a long time. The cure for this is to loosen the lid a little which works great for the sucking volume. I have also changed to the 18 ounce bottle.

Maybe I got a lemon. My issue wasn't with the straw falling off into.the flask like most people's complaints. Mine is because when I am drinking water the air hole makes such an awful annoying sound. I wouldn't mind so much if I didn't have a sometimes too quiet of a desk job lol. I've heard coworkers in other cubicles further from me asking what is that sound. So I try to just use the cap and just drink out of it. I really wanted for the straw feature. I had a Hydro flask in the past and it never made that noise while using the straw. I'm going have to pay the extra $$ for the Hydroflask as much as I don't want to. :(

Very, very happy with this water bottle. I got the hot pink which is a true and lovely hot pink. I leave it in my hot car (Miami, FL) all day while I am at work and it still is very cold with ice in it for my ride home. I have only used the stray top which is nice and has a soft rubber in the ring to hold it. In addition, the part you drink out of is soft as well, will not bang against your teeth. Finally, it fits in the cup holders of my SUV which none of the 32 ounce bottles will.

I've only used it once so far but I love it. The color is great. I saw this color on another water bottle that was going for $47.95. I couldn't bring myself to spend that but found this affordable alternative. I got the hot pink/yellow in 24oz and am looking at the blue/teal color too! It fits in my cup holder in my car just fine. I'm a zoo keeper and am rough on water bottles. I will be using this daily and will update how it holds up.
