Work for me, good value, taste nice
Can't specifically say how much of an effect on sleep they have as I already take Magnesium Threonate (which is an excellent sleep-aid for anyone who's interested).I do find in general they help with relaxation, calm my nerves and reduce anxiety. I take them at all times of day, as & when I feel the need, usually 2 or 3 pastilles at a time. They are tasty, just a subtle blackcurrant flavour, natural and not too sweet. They are pretty tough as a lot of reviews have said but me personally I tend to just suck on them rather than chew. Good value as far as I'm concerned, you get quite a few in the tin, I'd guess 35-40 pastilles...

Amazing!!
A little lifesaver for my social anxietyI can’t recommend Rescue Remedy Gummies enough! I started using them to help manage my social anxiety, and they’ve made a real difference. They help take the edge off in a gentle, natural way without making me feel drowsy or “off.” I find them especially helpful before social events or busy days when I know I’ll be out of my comfort zone. They taste great, are easy to take on the go, and give me that little bit of calm I need to feel more in control. Truly a comforting addition to my routine!

Nice taste, works for me
They have a pleasant taste, they seem to work, whether that’s a placebo effect or the ingredients I can’t say. The important thing is they work. I let one dissolve on the tongue about 39 mins before sleep.

Could be a placebo. But it’s working for me
Not a strong taste at all which is good. Could be in my mind but they work for me. Help me wind down after 15 hour long shifts

Absolute God Send
I don’t normally write reviews but these pastilles are a god send for anxiety. I’m on very strong antidepressants that are supposed to help anxiety and they did not however taking these pastilles has finally calmed my anxiety. My anxiety used to be so bad that my heart would be pounding 24/7 stopping me from sleeping and waking me up when I was finally getting some rest. I’d recommend these to anyone because they really do help, taste is fine as well making them very easy to take! Will be buying again, fantastic product!

Maybe placebo, but they're not bad
Not sure if these work, and are just a placebo? I've taken them right before bed, 30m, and then 1hr before, and they do nothing. They taste nice, and are actually hard to chew like others have said, but I like that about them. Also the opening and close clasp is pretty cool.

Very easy to use, no side effects tin is good quality make sure to not allow to get too hot or the gummies will melt together. Not a strong smell and a yellowish colour, did not change sleep quality as I’d take them during the day
