Monroe Magnum SC2914 Steering Damper for Chevrolet K1500

I first purchased the Moog brand stabilizer as I replaced all the tie rods and center link with Moog parts. However the hardware was incorrect with the Moog so I ended up getting this one.First off the packaging and instructions were much better. You get multiple packs of mounting bolts to fit your particular application. The instruction also list Torque specs and have illustrations. The only thing it didn't include was a boot, but there is one available here for about $7. The shock itself is much larger in diameter then the stock one it replaced, and it doesn't have a swivel end like the stock one, but that doesn't seem to be a problem.Install was straightforward and simple. Steering feel is restored, no more bump steer, and the wheel doesn't shake or pull.Very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend to others.It's always a good idea to go to Manufactures website application guide to ensure you are buying the correct part number for your particular vehicle.

This worked great for my truck. Super easy to install and way cheaper than the rare OEM. Stopped my old one from rattling which was nice. Unfortunately I switched to a high steer 3 months later, but this was really nice until then.

This does not fit, there is only one eye on one side. The other side is like the top of a strut. I believe you could make it work with some custom fabrication but if you're buying a $30 stabilizer, that's likely way more work than you want, sent mine back.Quality seems decent enough but this part no is not right for 80's and 90's Toyota IFS 4x4s..

Perfect replacement for my 89 Toyota pickup 2wd. Came with all necessary hardware.
