You just need a pan underneath and they are perfect for eggs bites. I didn't spray the mold and mine flipped out perfectly with no sticking. Because they are very thin, they are a little bit of a pain to clean compared to regular muffin tins, but not a huge deal since nothing sticks to them anyway. Makes breakfast prep for the week so easy.

These work great just make sure you spray them good.

I love this product. It is so easy to use and very easy to clean. I bought these to freeze eggs and some other food products. The food slides out and makes it very easy to use. I’m going to buy more.

I probably didn't do proper research, I was expecting them to have some structure around the rim. I have to put them on a baking sheet to use them. So they didn't work for me.

I bought this to make egg cups with. It works great, but they are very thin. The egg cups came out perfect and didn't stick. The product is very easy to clean. I made a mistake of filling the cups and then trying to lift them. This is impossible. You need to first put them on a baking sheet and then fill them. I would spend the money on thicker more sturdy ones.

Wife used these for cooking egg white rounds. Works great with little cleanup!

Found to be flimsy I think I will stick to traditional metal pans
