Description says the straps extend up to 48 cm (more than 18 inches which is what I need); actually only extend to 35.56 cm (about 14 inches). And the fabric does not stretch. Since the return is due to their false product description, you'd think as a courtesy they would not require return of the inexpensive item to get a refund. But they do, to add insult to injury I have to make a trip to UPS to be able to get a refund. Not happy with this company.

I purchased them they are working so good . And exceeded my expectations

Not made for broad shouldered women.I tried to use them with my butterfly bra but the straps were not long enough for the cups to fit comfortably. The steps are sturdy enough to lift & support heavy breast (G/F cups) without digging, twisting or unhooking.
