Maybe I got a lemon. My issue wasn't with the straw falling off into.the flask like most people's complaints. Mine is because when I am drinking water the air hole makes such an awful annoying sound. I wouldn't mind so much if I didn't have a sometimes too quiet of a desk job lol. I've heard coworkers in other cubicles further from me asking what is that sound. So I try to just use the cap and just drink out of it. I really wanted for the straw feature. I had a Hydro flask in the past and it never made that noise while using the straw. I'm going have to pay the extra $$ for the Hydroflask as much as I don't want to. :(

I've had this bottle for almost a year now and it has been absolutely amazing! I love it! The color is very pretty as well. Bought the pink/yellow and I've carried out with me nearly every day for the yet I've had it. Besides a few dings I've put on it it's been great. I've also worn the lid strap down ( the piece that connects the lid with the bottle). I would love to get ahold is a replacement lid but not sure how to contact the seller on this one.Either way, this bottle is great and well worth the money. I highly recommend!

I absolutely love these bottles i now own two of them different sizes. They work so amazingly by keeping my water super cold and my ice cubes stay ice cubes for a very long time. This bottle works so great my boyfriend needed one and also my 7 year old son whos is just as obsessed with ice cold water as i am kept asking for his own. Ive bought allot of bottles these by far are the best around and i will be purchasing more. Also i had contacted customer service regarding getting more lids and they went above and beyond for me. I can honestly say I haven’t seen such great service in a very ling time

Great bottle - it sort of fits in my cup holder. it is awkward and a squeeze, but I make do.The color is vibrant, the straw reaches all the way to the bottom. I have only done cold items, and it has lasted for up to the 12 hours, when I went to bed before finishing.. it was just as cold the next am.I love that it is big enough it last for awhile and I am not constantly refilling. The lid secures nicely. NO LEAKS.

I gave this as a gift. Came dented and missing a cap (received 2 instead of 3). But didnt know this until I asked how she liked the water bottle. I asked for it back but she said it was ok )being a nice person she is) I want to return it for exchange or refund to make it right for her. But like i mentioned, I need to get it from her to return it.😔

BEAUTIFUL colors!!!! So vibrant! I love this!!!! I love that it comes with 2 extra lids, and it really does keep things cold for a LONG time. I strictly use this bottle for my iced water and it keeps the ice in my water for 12+ hours. I have not tried it with warm liquid, but I assume it would keep it warm for a long time too. It is worth the money!
