They stay locked in, even during long runs or when I’m dripping sweat mid-sparring prep. No slipping, no constant adjusting. Just pop ’em in and go.The noise canceling? Straight-up elite. I can drown out gym noise, street sounds, or background chatter and dial in completely. When I’m warming up before a match or hitting the heavy bag, these help me mentally lock in without distractions. Flip to transparency mode when I need to stay aware during a ruck or cooldown walk, and it’s like the world fades in just enough.Sound-wise, these things slap. The bass is clean and deep—enough to get the blood pumping—but everything’s balanced. Vocals come through crisp, and nothing gets muddied out. Whether it's hype playlists or podcasts during recovery walks, it all sounds dope.Battery life’s been solid too—easily gets me through long training blocks and charges up fast in the case. Haven’t once been left hanging.If I had to nitpick, the case is a bit chunky for pocket carry, but that’s about it. These are built for serious use, and they’ve taken everything I’ve thrown at them without flinching.Bottom line: If you're training hard and want earbuds that keep up—and help you block the world out when you need to focus—these are worth every penny. I’ve tried quite a few wireless earbuds over the years, but these Bose QuietComfort Earbuds in Chilled Lilac have completely raised the bar for me. From the moment I put them on, the Active Noise Cancellation kicked in like magic—instantly silencing the background noise of my busy life. Whether I’m working, commuting, or just relaxing at home, the noise canceling is incredibly effective, yet still lets you switch to Aware Mode when needed.Sound quality? Absolutely top-notch. The bass is deep and rich without overpowering the mids and highs. Everything—from music to podcasts to calls—sounds crystal clear. The built-in mic also performs better than I expected, with my voice coming through clearly even in windy or noisy environments.I also appreciate the comfortable fit—they feel secure without putting pressure on my ears, even after hours of wear. And speaking of hours, the battery life is impressive: I consistently get around 8+ hours on a single charge. Plus, the IPX4 water resistance is a nice bonus, making them ideal for workouts or walks in light rain.The Chilled Lilac color is even more beautiful in person—subtle but stylish. Bose really nailed the design and performance with these. If you're looking for true wireless earbuds that combine elite sound, comfort, and smart features, these are worth every penny.

First, I want to say the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds 2024 are easily the most comfortable I’ve ever had. The sound is great (not a audiophile here, so strictly an objective opinion) And the noise cancellation is, far and away, better than expected. All this is why I’ve tried everything to work through a major design flaw.All the reviews praise these buds, only mentioning (almost as an aside) that there are connection issues. Also, many purchaser reviews play down this problem – only commenting about one side or the other temporarily losing connection (an occasional glitch with many brands)What they’re missing is that all of these reviews seem to be using the buds while engaged in some activity (eg: gym, running, walking, etc). When sedentary (ie: motionless, lying down or reclining) the Bose Buds will consistently lose their connection. I’ve even tried to disable in-ear detection (the option to do so not offered by Bose). Using tape over the in-ear sensor, I’ve found that the buds still seem to require some motion to “stay alive”.I am currently awaiting delivery of my 3rd replacement earbuds and am really hoping that at some point Bose will try to do something about this in a future firmware update.-- Update --The following (in brackets) I submitted to Bose today to try to solve the issue I was having<< I am now on my 4th pair of Bose QuietComfort Earbuds (gen 2) 2024. This latest replacement has proven to be the best functioning so far. The primary problem, however, still persists.In doing some testing I believe a possible a clue to the cause of my most nagging issue has shown up. My primary use of the earbuds is for meditation (ie: while wearing them my head is almost entirely motionless). It appears that the buds are designed to detect movement and that a lack of motion causes one or both of the buds disconnect periodically.Testing this hypothesis during a few listening sessions, I made a point of moving my head every 10 minutes. By doing so, I was able to listen without interruption through several tests (one of then for an hour & 45 minutes). Of course, having to concentrate on moving my head is no acceptable solution. >>- - After reviewing my query, I was informed that this is, indeed part of their design and nothing can be done. The fact that it’s a problem that many have mentioned in You-tube reviews and online comments was not addressed. My conclusion is that Bose is now a company trading on its past reputation and should be avoided. Thus - for obvious reasons - I've reduced my rating to 1 star (zero is not an option here)
