I sit long times at work. The first day I tried this pad I left work after 13 hrs with the worst back pain ever. It must have needed a break in day. Since then I've been very pleased. I've noticed it definately helps with my posture and at the end of the day I feel great. The pad retains it's shape and does what it's supposed to. I'd also like to add my knee pain has decreased.

It is OK. My butt seats better and it is better than nothing.

Finally, relief from a hard metal, low cushion office chair. This cradles your backsides. It is very much a GOOD memory foam, not like pillows that flatten. I was worried I’d have to send it back for not being the proper material. This save from purchasing a big new chair and it feels good for my back. Relief.

I work primarily remotely from home and spend many hours each day sitting on a somewhat uncomfortable office chair. This cushion has proved to be a game changer and a rear-end saver! It's very comfortable and supportive. After almost 2 months of daily, extended use it's showing no signs of compression whatsoever and each time I go to sit on it, it feels the same as when I first got it. Very pleased with this purchase, and I'm thinking of getting another one to keep in the car to help with long trips and traffic jams which can really start to get uncomfortable.

For right now, I’m going to give this item 5 stars. I’ve only had it for less than 24 hours though. It’s already been a game changer! I work remote, and have an office chair that is a couple of years old. There’s nothing wrong with the chair other than the seat padding is essentially nonexistent. I didn’t want to invest in a new chair at the moment, so bought this item which has already saved my tailbone from much pain. The packaging made it feel as if I bought a very expensive item, which I like. I just hope that the padding lasts and it doesn’t flatten out in a week or month.

This pillow works surprisingly well. I recently went to a desk job after being on my feet in the construction industry for 20 years. After a few weeks of sitting most the day I developed what I believe to be is sciatica. Sitting on this pillow relieves about 90% of it. I was pretty happy with it, but I had an idea to get an adjustable standing desk and a tall drafting chair and alternate between standing and sitting in a barstool height chair equipped with this cushion. The pain is no longer an issue!

This cushion fills out nicely and is not uncomfortable while using it, but whenever I get up from my desk my hips ache terribly. Much worse than if I don’t use the cushion at all. I brought it home and put it on a kitchen chair to use while I’m prepping ingredients for meals. It works better on a solid chair than a padded rolling office chair.
