Love that it has two Velcro fasteners. Also the back bones really help when wight lifting. I had bought one a few years ago and left it in the gym. I was surprised that no one turned it in and had to buy another one. It was still online so bought one and am very happy. I would recommend. I have a 95.5 cm waist and a 111 cm stomach so it fits around all that goodness.

Been using over 6 mos or so. Pros: good fit and stays in place with movement, overwrap is true to size as stated, provides some back support without compromising core flexibility. Cons: not as effective (less sweat generating) as other neoprene belts as it is less thick and compressible, overwrap has minimal stretch. Overall, it’s moderately effective vs traditional neoprene belts. Would be more effective if thicker and more compressive imo. Quality seems very good.

I am 6'2" and weigh 238 lbs and wear a size 38 trouser. I purchased a size XL. I lift weights three times a week. The waistbelts I used previously simply did not work well; either could not be connected well or would roll. This belt stays firmly in place and provides very good support. High-quality belt...I still find it hard to believe I got this belt for such a reasonable price. Be warned...the belt does have an odor coming out of the box. I followed their instructions by handwashing in cold water using a mild detergent. In fact, I let it soak for about an hour before rinsing it well and letting it dry outside. It still has a mild odor but it is quickly fading with each use. I put on a quick-dry t-shirt and then put on the belt and then wear another quick-try on top. I really like the double closure as I can feel confident the belt will not budge until I take it off. The width of the belt (10 inches) feels great! Nice product and would highly recommend it! UPDATE: Purchased my first belt a little over six months ago and now need to get a LARGE because of weight loss. Now down to 210 and feel great. The belt is very durable and well made. Diet and exercise helped with weight loss but this belt is an asset! Nothing but praise for the quality!

I did not have a problem with order it was just too small. What I do have a problem with is that I returned order and Amazon never refunded my money. I've checked my bank statements and spoke with my bank and they never refunded my money. And with this virus stuff going on I can't speak to a live person. So basically I'm out of my money that spent but they got there product back. This is only way I can't vent on how I'm feeling.

I just receive the product and put it on to see how it fits. I'm a little hefty at 6'1" and 345 lbs, so its time to lose some weight. I've had this waist trimmer on for 2 hours and I like that it helps to keep your posture and back straight. I also like the sturdiness and meatiness of this product. So far the waist trimmer seems well built for long term use. At the moment i'm in the process of moving a boxes into storage as I pack up a house, so I will be wearing the product not just for workouts, but while I do everyday chores for at least 2 to 3 hours a day. I hope to lose some of this weight quickly as I start to tailor a workout plan using this waist trimmer. One last thing, I like that this has two locking straps to hold this gut in while I work to send this update. I will try to update this review in a months time. Thanks,

Perhaps 30-38 better; 40-48 too bulky&stiff for me! ... I had previous operations on both hips differently; my right hip hurt after wearing the trimmer for one day, tightened it more, but was still stiff & it bothered(hurt) my right hip. Woke up the next day finding it hard to walk correctly with pain on my right hip. ... Perhaps the smaller size would allow me movement? My waist measures ~38, didn't think I could use anything smaller than 38? ... I'm 91, don't take any medical pills, still active swimmer, active with my weights in my gym room. ... I won't use the 40-48 trimmer.

I like this unit MUCH more than the back bravr I have. I deal with chronic pain and back (well everywhere) issues from arthritis and sitting at a desk 10hrs a day.My goal was to get something to squeeze my middle and work out some inflamation while giving me support at my desk.So far it's working better than expected. At 1hr a day I can tell it is really helping. It's not uncomfortable and other than feeling like a medieval princess I don't mind my man corset.I'm 6' 305lbs and I went with the larger size. It fits well.
