Tried the Boldfit wrist band for a few months, and honestly, it’s just okay. The support isn’t the best and after some use, the quality shows wear (especially the loop and Velcro). It does provide some basic grip, but nothing special; don’t expect thick padding or strong grip.For casual workouts or beginners who aren’t lifting super heavy, it might do the job. If you’re into intense training or care a lot about durability and firmness, you’ll probably want something sturdier. Considering the price, it’s passable, but not something I’d buy again unless I needed a backup band.
