My daughter had knee surgery and needed some extra support and compression to reduce swelling. This worked great and she is thrilled with the purchase. She also wears it for flying to reduce joint swelling and stiffness.

Nice leg sleeve not too tight. I am 5’4” and 145lbs ordered a medium fits good more like a legging. I wear it when I need an ice pack for my knee injury.

I broke my tibia and fibula and got this sleeve about two weeks after my leg was surgically repaired. When I first received the sleeve, the thigh band was WAY too tight. It was almost to the point of cutting off my circulation. However, I stretched out the thigh band portion and eventually it was comfortable enough to wear.My thigh was 22" and I got the medium. I don't think a larger size would've provided enough compression on the rest of my leg. I would suggest ordering based on the size chart, knowing that you may need to stretch out the thigh band to get it to fit comfortably. Hope that helps.

Very thin material, offers no compression other than at the band on the thigh. It's like wearing a pair of pants. My workout leggings offer more compression than this.

Barely any compression, sleeve rarely stays up. Constantly pulling it up.

I’ve worn this once for a day and noticed the seam at the top had some loose strings - usually not a huge deal but looking at it you can tell the stitch shifted at the top, right where the threads started - overall I was pretty happy with the lightness of it and the compression amount was spot on, but for the money the quality isn’t there------The company reached out to me and was nice enough to send me a replacement. The stitching on the replacement is perfect so I must have received a defective one. This sleeve has been amazing after my surgery and I wear it every day. It's comfortable, doesn't fall down (or ride up) and I can wear it all day long.

Size is accurate and sleeve has good support. Husband is happy with product. Price was good also.

A couple of things.. It took a bit to get used to the band around my thigh. The band should be wider. It's only 1 inch but making it 2 inch would probably prevent rolling. I turned the band down once because the rubber(?) they have that grips is almost painful. Also the band is really tight. The sock itself is comfortable but the top band is uncomfortable. Making the top band wider might help with that. Also, I thought that I was going to receive a pair of socks. Not so. I ordered what I thought was two pairs. I received two single socks. So not the good buy I thought it was. Doubtful I'll order these again.
