Easy to put together and the cutest bug house! My child loves it.

I bought this for a very sweet 11yr old girl who loves to catch bugs and small lizards. She was previously using a plastic container and when I was searching for the perfect gift, I knew this would be it. It comes in several pieces which you have to put together but she loves building things, it took her less than 10 mins. It’s great quality wood, looks just as pictured and functions exactly as described. Now her friends are safe and living in designer digs. Her favorite feature is the door. It can only be opened from the outside so no one can escape lol

This is adorable and will last with my alterations, bit I have a few problems with it:1. It came disassembled - like a "build your own bug catcher kit." It's not difficult, but definitely unexpected.2. The wood had cracks I had to fill with wood glue in multiple places.3. The door on the front is not even kind of sealed, so you'll have to find a way to seal it if you want to keep smaller bugs in. Personally, I used clear packing tape, so it's sealed but still looks nice.

I assembled this butterfly/bug house for my granddaughter. It is very well made & thought out. Now she has taken a new interest in insects/nature. It has opened her eyes to everything around her

I bought this for my daughters because they loved catching bugs and lizards. The only problem was, they would keep them in a container with no air holes. This was great for them. As soon as I got this, I noticed most of the things were missing. Where is the door, fact cards, net, and jar?

I got this for my son for Christmas, and he absolutely loved it! The highlight was watching him build it on his own. No more plastic bug catchers. Everything included is great, and my kids can't wait to use it this summer!

It’s very cute but I don’t love the quality for the price point of it. It’s kind of a pain to put together although there aren’t a ton of pieces. The bottom only has “ledges” that it slides into on two sides so it’s a tad flimsy. The net threads together on the handle odd & never stops spinning when tighened. Time will tell how long it’ll survive a 3 year old…
