So easy to install and the elbow connections can be adjusted to suit if the pipework is at slightly different angles.You can change the outlet to top or bottom and spare parts for these are easy to get hold of from the manufacturer.

Good product very solid a little stiff to turn on and off.

This item does provide a good shower. After the flow control and temperature settings were set correctly to resolve some leaks after installation!This item is very heavy and seems well built. ( Hopefully is genuinely a Hanson product)I do find the water flow lever very stiff and clunky to operate and thought that perhaps it was my combi boilers pressure. But, this valve is designed to work at max 5 bar and my shower runs at around 1.8 bar?My previous valve ( Mira ) served me well at 15 years so hopefully this will last just as long.Time will tell and I will update this review as to its performance in the months to come.

A very stylish and elegant shower valve that is easy to use.

Item stopped working within 8 months of purchase. Have now got caught up between manufacturer, supplier and amazon trying to resolve. Not great customer service and at this stage would not recommend. Will update review if this is resolved.

From the packaging it isn't clear that this is a Hudson Reed value, more like a copy of the original (is this why it is half the price?). That said, it is a high quality valve, easy to install and does what is should do. Although there are two outlets from the valve, the valve itself doesn't allow you to switch just one off. It is designed to only have one in operation with a cap to use on the other side of the valve.This was a problem for me, as I had wanted to attached a hand washer to one end and the shower and have the option of both, one or the other. I have had to purchase an additional shower hose tap, with mean I have both or just the primary. I would have been nice to have the other option.

Fabulous shower thermostatic

Wall plates are far too small if replacing an old unit. The front tap handle is a bit loose. The whole unit doesn't seem to line up properly when fitted. I think I'm going to have to buy a different one as the option of retiling a year old shower is not an option.
