This is a product I never knew I needed so much. I have seen so many things lately. Regarding a sound frequency that can help with healing and sleep and emotional well being. I had to get this to try it. Have a very stressful job, and I needed something to relax me.In the evening, once I get off of work.I am absolutely pleased with this. Definitely, calms me down and helps me sleep. I'm working on the frequencies for healing as I deal with a lot of pain. I haven't noticed any differences with that yet, but I do believe that it's something that you have to do for a while to see significant changes. I have, however, seen significant changes with my moods and my sleep. I am so happy that I got this my mom is also obsessed with it . She wants me to get her one too.It's a product that I highly recommend.

Really great item. I’ve been using it for the grounding and sleeping frequencies and it is resulting in a better sleep quality. I recommend a good rifing book to accompany this.This company needs to investigate an expansion of this product.It would be great to be able to select a set of 6 to 8 frequencies that one could pre-enter and the machine would cycle through them automatically.

Seems to work as advertised. I noticed that in order to keep a particular frequency set you must keep the led light on. When I turned it off the frequency went back to default but when I kept the light on it stayed at the level I set. I also plugged in a speaker and it does sound but there isn't a way to adjust the volume.

This is a great size. The instructions give a clear description & explanation for each frequency... so it's super simple to figure out how to work it!! It also comes with a little tool so you can double check that it's working.
