Good value, quality Vitamin C
This vitamin C liquid has a pleasant taste. Since it is liquid, it's easy to take and swallow. It's in a dark glass bottle, great for maintaining strength and usefulness. I believe that when we feel cold or sickness coming on, taking recommended dose 2x/day helps stave it off. The price is right for a larger 4 oz size as well.

Powerful! Refrigerate It!
This is absorbed pretty fast! I can tell because a medication that I use wears off faster if I take a dose of this. Keep this in the fridge! Not good with stimulant ADHD medications, FYI! It makes my skin look brighter over time.

I try to get my nutrients from healthy eating but we all know that sometimes life gets hectic and we may find ourselves eating on the run. For that reason, I try to find some high quality supplements to help make sure I stay healthy, especially during the winter months.This bottle of Liquid C will hopefully serve the above mentioned purpose.It comes in a nice sized dark glass bottle with an eye dropper in the top.The direction say one should shake well before each use and to take 2 ml three times daily in a small amount of water.NOTE: The printing on the label is very small and some sections are very hard to read. Tiny black font against a metallic gold background is so not easy to read!The taste is good. No artificial after taste.Because of the small print on the label, you may miss that this needs to be refrigerated after opening. Makes sense however this is a bit of a deterrent for me as I will likely to forget that it’s in there. I’m better at remembering to take supplements where they’re sitting right there in front of me on my desk instead of tucked aways somewhere else. Maybe I’ll need to tape up a reminder note in front of me

Tastes very good. Easy to take. Does not cause heartburn or upset stomach. Wonderful for me for sublingual absorption.
