Good supplement
I have always taken NOW Calcium D Glucarate, but they are so expensive on Amazon now. I have tried this brand and they are just as good.Calcium D Glucarate for me helped with heavy periods, bloating, PMS, heavy breasts, and as a bonus helped me lose weight without trying.

Dubious source, very bad quality and full of impurities. Not a reputable brand and you’ve got no idea what they’re putting in this!

Definitely do something
These are very large capsules but the contents do seem to do something positive for me, so much so, I’ve bought these multiple times. I selected them primarily as the excipients and capsule are tolerated
