Good for the money
I really like this product and have bought from the company before for my previous iPhones as they offer good protection for your phone and are relatively inexpensive and can also be used with a tempered glass screen protector. My only issue was a quality control issue with the outer layer of the case there was some left over bits of materials on the seam of the case that I had to pull off to to make the phone case smoother and more comfortable to hold. The buttons are good and responsive, the camera is not blocked in anyway and the mute switch on the side is accessible, but not comfortable to reach as the case is quite thick - I find I have to use my index finger to reach it.

Cut-out too deep near the silence button
Everything works as described, however, the area where the silence switch is on the phone isn't accessible by any normal fingers. I've got to use a bic biro lid (the sharp end) to flip the switch, as it's recessed too far back.Apart from that, it does the job!

Feeling safe in your hand
I was disappointed with this case for the I phone 7plus because I felt that the case at the bottom where you charge the phone could have been stronger around the area of the home button. I had a similar case for my smaller I phone which was great. This is why I went for a tech case again.

Good case.
A great phone case for my 8 plus, it looks great with the jet black version of the iPhone, it feels very sturdy in the hand and has a generously sized bumper around the edge of the case. It’s a great case, overall.

Wrong item - AGAIN
For the third time of trying - I ordered a Tech21 Protective Apple iPhone 7 Plus/8 Plus Case for an iPhone 7 Plus and for the THIRD time a case for an iPhone 7 has arrived. I'm bored of holding on the line to be assured that the right one will come next time.

Badly designed IMHO
The deal breaker for me was not being able to use the mute switch without taking the case off. Also it won't dock in my speaker dot. I can only just about plug the charger in. Poor design. Returned.
