The springs seem very well made for the price.
Springs worked perfectly when I installed them and the included winding bars were were very nice as well. The only down side was the wrong springs were sent originally and I had to return them and wait for the replacement. That being said this order said it was fulfilled by Amazon so I don’t blame the seller and still gave them 5 stars.

Easy to do, but only if you know how! Caution and knowledge are very important!
These garage springs are heavy duty! Being strong, you need to exercise extreme caution. You can do it yourself with a little research and know how. If you lack basic common sense on safety you should probably hire someone. These took me about an hour to put in and adjust to the correct tension, but I've done springs before. My garage door opens smooth now!Again, these are very strong springs and if done incorrectly can seriously hurt you or worse.

I changed my own springs and didn't die like the internet said I would. Take THAT internet!
I think I watched all the top videos on changing garage springs on youtube. Some of them I watched several times. I took notes, wrote everything down, and was ready to start... until I just felt like some things just didn't really add up.I finally realized my door was a "low headroom door". I had a hard time finding information on it, but it turns out my door springs are REVERSED (the right hand wound spring is on the right side)! Every video I found was doing it the standard way (left hand wound spring on the right side). The product listing also shows it this way.Anyhow, apparently, if your cable drums are on the *outside of the track instead of on the *inside, that's a sign your springs are reversed. Double check it before you start - put the winding bar in and see if it tensions up or down. If it adds tension when you pull down, you're reversed. If it adds tension pushing up towards the ceiling, you're regular.I wanted to get the exact size as a replacement, so I followed the directions and measured 10 coils, 20 coils, and also the entire length (it was in 2 pieces since it was broken, so I just measured each piece separately and added the lengths). When the springs arrived, it was spot-on.The kit comes with everything you need, including the winding bars and a pair of gloves. I carefully released the tension of the unbroken spring using the winding bars. Mines were reversed, so one bar rested against the ceiling (instead of against the door) while I positioned the other bar in the next winding hole. There wasn't as much tension as I initially thought, which I thought was a little weird, but also comforting because maybe it wasn't as dangerous as I thought. When tensioning the new springs, the instructions recommended 30-32 quarter turns. As I got close to 30, it started to feel like there was ALOT of force, more than what was in the spring I removed, so I stopped at 30. When I released all my safety clamps to test the door balance, the door stayed closed, but when I lifted it a bit, I could feel it wanting to shoot up, and it did! I knew what was happening and just let the door go because I didn't want to injure myself trying to catch a 200 pound door, and it went all the way to the back of the track making a loud crashing sound. I'm not really sure what stopped it back there, but luckily, nothing was damaged. It must've either stopped on the opener's safety stop, or a bolt at the end of the track.Anyhow, I pulled the door shut (really hard to do when the springs are over-tensioned!), put my safety clamps back on, and removed 2 quarter turns from each spring. After that, it seemed balanced and stayed open a couple feet off the ground without shooting up, so I just called it good.I'm not really sure if the original springs on my door were the wrong size and intentionally under-tensioned, but I guess I know next time to stop at 28 turns. It's been a couple weeks now, and the new springs are working great. I think previously, my old springs were a bit under-tensioned because it would take quite a bit of strength to manually open it during power outages, and when the opener closed the door, it would result in a fairly loud "thud" on the bottom. I'm guess that was the weight of the door hitting the ground. Now, when it closes, no more "thud" at the end, and it seems like the opener is having an easier time opening (but maybe a harder time closing).Overall, I'm satisfied with this. The mistakes I did make were my own and I can't really blame that on the product. And hey, I changed the springs by myself! And didn't die! Take THAT, internet posts of "I know someone who <insert maim story>"!But seriously, it's dangerous. That door shooting up thing could've been bad news, but I guess I lucked out. Watch the videos. Understand the steps. Take all the safety precautions. Take your time. Be careful. You got this. Good luck.
