absolutely love this product. especially when i put it in the freezer the. use it. it puts pressure on the head and helps so much if you are prone to migraines or even headaches.

I bought this ice cap because i have another one from a different brand and wanted to be able to switch them out. They work well for my migraines, but unfortunately they do not stay cold for long. That is why i bought the 2nd one, i leave in freezer and then, when it gets warm, i switch them out.The pressure is good, not too tight.Some people mentioned that it can be really cold on the eyes when you initially put it on. I have worked around this by putting a wash cloth on my head and pulling the cap down around it. I still get the cold effect but.it isnt freezing out my bare skin.

If you’re on the fence get it!! Stays cool for a long time, helps so much with my migraines. Definitely will be buying another one soon!!

This is a must have if you have migraines. I put mine in the fridge or freezer and use as needed. It’s comfortable and does NOT smell. Some products like this have a strong odor that needs to air out for days before you can use and does not pertain to this product. It has provided me much comfort during migraines and I would recommend 100%.
