BIOCARE Lactase Enzyme, 15 ML

This liquid lactase has more enzyme availability per drop then the 2 other liquid drops I have used. I experimented and successfully use the drops in sour cream, heavy cream, cream cheese, marscapone. The directions state to add ten drops to the " milk" and wait at least ten hours before consuming. I actually wait 24 hours so the maximum enzyme breakdown can occur. I am no longer beholden to just lactose free milk and cottage cheese off the store shelf since the manufacturers are so stingy they don’t bother to make other lactose free dairy items I use ten drops if it was half gallon of milk but to be safe instead of bloated and sorry, I use at least ten drops per cup on any condensed dairy item like sour cream ,not milk , I am mixing up, so I use 20 drops for 32 oz sour . I take into consideration how condensed that dairy item , how much milk they used to get that quantity of cream cheese. I experimented and am not disappointed. All manufacturers drops r not equal, they have different amounts of enzyme units per drop and I adjust accordingly. Pumpkin Cheesecake is next on the baking list. I guess you could contact the manufacturer for off label use if you feel unsure.
