Beautiful Translations and Formatting
This little volume contains numerous poems from different periods, and presents each one beautifully.Interstitials and headers are excellent and I found them visually charming. The poetry itself is heavily religiously-inspired in many cases. Some of the poets presented here are more dated in language than I'd like, hence 4 stars rather than 5.This is a good collection and primer on many different poets of Persian ancestry and history.

The Garden of Persian Poetry is a delightful, informative, and fun collection that made the journey into this rich literary tradition both enjoyable and enlightening. I found myself laughing, pondering, and reflecting on life and love as I turned each page. What really stands out for me is how the book is structured, with each poet’s work clearly separated, making it easy to navigate and find my favorites. A beautiful collection of fantastic Poems
The Garden of Persia Poetry is a book containing poems written by 65 poets. Be transported a 1000 years ago, insight into Persian literature. Very spiritual beautiful poems. Translations is not quite great but it’s okay as many words then will have no meaning 1000 years later. A well recommended read.

Timeless Poetry, Excellent Compilation
I have always been drawn to Persian poetry, probably because the Persians were the wise ones who knew how to find Jesus when he was born, and no other nation knew this, even in their wisdom. This book is enjoyable, and even though I have not finished it yet, at least it is a book I can always go back to when I am in the mood to read the poetry of the future's past. The book cover drew my attention. This book will definitely make a nice Valentine's gift or for other occasions. Such is the nature of poetry.
